Sections Scouting is divided into 4 main sections:- Squirrels aged 4-6 years of ageBeaver Scouts aged 6 – 8 years of age (some flexibility on age)Cub Scouts aged 8 – 10½ years of ageScouts aged 10½ – 14 years of ageExplorers aged 14 – 18 years of age All sections follow the aims of the Scout Association in promoting the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities.
